How It Works

- Provide the brand, model, size, condition, and photos through our Trade-In Form.
- Include original receipts, packaging, and certificates if available for faster processing.
2. Receive a Trade-In Value
- We’ll give you a preliminary trade-in quote within 1–2 business days.
- The quote is based on the brand, model, condition, and current market demand.
3. Authenticate & Inspect
- Send or drop off your bag for a full Entrupy® authentication and physical inspection.
- Final trade-in value will be confirmed after inspection.
4. Choose Your New Bag
- Apply your trade-in credit toward any item in our collection.
- If your chosen bag is of higher value, simply pay the difference.
5. Complete the Trade
- Once approved, we finalize the trade and ship your new bag securely to you.
